What is cmSecurityUserSso2fa?

This read-create TruthValue, settable only at user creation, allows a specific user to bypass remote authentication when f3Sso2faControl is enabled system-wide. An admin sets this on trusted accounts that need an SSO/2FA-based bypass path instead of the normal remote AAA check. For example, enabling this flag when first creating a service account lets that account authenticate via the SSO/2FA mechanism instead of going through RADIUS or TACACS+.
