What is cmSecurityUserLockedout?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether a given local security user account is currently locked out. An admin checks this when a user reports being unable to log in, to confirm whether the account has been locked due to repeated failed attempts. For example, seeing this as true for a user's account explains why their correct password is being rejected, pointing to a lockout rather than a forgotten password.
