cmAccessOrder
Module: CM-SECURITY-MIB
OID (symbolic): CM-SECURITY-MIB::cmAccessOrder
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.1.12.10.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: CmSecurityAccessOrder
Access: read-write
Description: Order of access for security, i.e. try 'local' first or 'remote' first.
What is cmAccessOrder?
This read-write CmSecurityAccessOrder sets whether the device tries local or remote authentication first when a user logs in. An admin configures this to control the fallback behavior between locally stored accounts and a remote AAA server. For example, setting the order to try local first lets an emergency local admin account still work even if the RADIUS server is unreachable.
