What is cmMSPGroupStatus?
This read-only CmProtGroupStatus reports the current status of the Multiplex Section Protection group. It shows at a glance whether the ring segment is currently riding on its working or protect line termination. For example, cmMSPGroupStatus flipping to a switched state right after a line card is pulled confirms the SONET ring rerouted around the failed card.
