Description: Facility Protection Unit's State, i.e. whether active or standby.
What is cmFacProtUnitState?
This read-only CmProtUnitState reports whether this Facility Protection Unit is currently active or in standby. It shows in real time which specific physical port of the pair is actually carrying traffic right now. For example, after a fiber cut, the unit that was previously reported as standby flips to active, confirming the switchover took effect at the unit level.
