Description: Administrative State of the STI.
What is stiAdminState?
This read-write AdminState value sets whether the STI card is administratively enabled or taken out of service. An administrator changes it to pull a card offline before physical removal or maintenance, without waiting for a hardware fault to force it down, and to bring it back into service afterward. For example, before swapping out a suspect STI card, a technician would first set this object to the disabled state so traffic drains off it cleanly.
