This read-write TruthValue controls whether the Server Card ignores its keep-alive watchdog, which would otherwise restart the card's virtual workload if it stopped responding in time. It matters because disabling watchdog enforcement on the Server Card is sometimes necessary during debugging so a hung process is not automatically restarted before an engineer can inspect it. For example, while diagnosing a suspected software hang on the Server Card, an engineer sets this object true to suppress the watchdog restart long enough to capture diagnostic state.
