What is nemiEntityIndex?
This read-only PhysicalIndex gives the Entity Index from ENTITY-MIB for the NEMI (Network Element Management Interface) card. An admin cares because it cross-references this management-interface card to its corresponding ENTITY-MIB physical-entity row. For example, tools that already consume ENTITY-MIB use nemiEntityIndex to correlate that generic table with this card.
