Description: Operational State of the FAN.
What is fanOperationalState?
This read-only OperationalState reports the operational state of the FAN. An admin cares because a disabled or failed state for one fan in a multi-fan tray is the trigger to schedule replacement before cooling margin degrades further. For example, fanOperationalState showing failed for one fan in a tray of several signals it's time to schedule that tray's replacement.
