What is ethernetNTUCardRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs the status of an Ethernet NTU Card table row, supporting only createAndGo(4) and destroy(6), with all mandatory attributes required in a single SET when creating. An admin cares because it is the standard SNMP mechanism used to provision or remove an NTU inventory entry atomically. For example, an operator provisions a new Ethernet NTU card entry in one SET carrying the required attributes plus ethernetNTUCardRowStatus=createAndGo(4).
