What is ethernetNTUCardRestartAction?
This read-write RestartType object allows a specified action to be performed on the Ethernet NTU card. An admin cares because it lets them remotely reset a demarcation card without a physical site visit. For example, an admin issues a restart via ethernetNTUCardRestartAction to clear a stuck Ethernet demarcation card without a truck roll.
