What is ethernetNTESH1PCSCardOperationalState?
This read-only object reports the actual operational state of the Ethernet NTE SH1PCS Card — whether the hardware is currently up and passing traffic or is down. Admins poll this because it's the fastest way to tell whether an Ethernet NTE SH1PCS Card that should be in service is actually carrying traffic, independent of whatever the operator intended via the admin state. If an Ethernet NTE SH1PCS Card is administratively enabled but this object still reads disabled after a power cycle, that mismatch tells an admin the card failed to come back up and needs hands-on attention.
