What is ethernet10x1GHighPerCardForceOffLineAction?

This read-write TruthValue object forces the Ethernet 10x1G High Performance Card out of service by holding its hardware reset signal via AMI when set to true, and releases that reset when set back to false. Admins use this when an Ethernet 10x1G High Performance Card needs to be taken fully out of service — for a physical swap or a safety condition — since holding the reset line keeps the card from operating even though it hasn't been physically removed. Before pulling an Ethernet 10x1G High Performance Card for replacement, a technician would first set this object to true to hold its reset signal, then set it back to false once the replacement card is seated and ready to boot.
