This RowStatus column controls creation and deletion of a CLK 16 Port Expansion Card table entry, and per its description only supports createAndGo(4) to provision the row and destroy(6) to remove it. It matters because all of the CLK 16 Port Expansion Card's mandatory configuration attributes must be supplied in the very same SNMP SET request that sets clk16PortCardRowStatus to createAndGo(4), or the row will not become active. For example, a provisioning tool adds a new CLK 16 Port Expansion Card entry by sending one SET containing every required attribute together with clk16PortCardRowStatus=createAndGo(4), and later removes it by setting clk16PortCardRowStatus=destroy(6).
