This RowStatus column controls creation and deletion of a Auxiliary Port Expansion Card table entry, and per its description only supports createAndGo(4) to provision the row and destroy(6) to remove it. It matters because all of the Auxiliary Port Expansion Card's mandatory configuration attributes must be supplied in the very same SNMP SET request that sets auxPortCardRowStatus to createAndGo(4), or the row will not become active. For example, a provisioning tool adds a new Auxiliary Port Expansion Card entry by sending one SET containing every required attribute together with auxPortCardRowStatus=createAndGo(4), and later removes it by setting auxPortCardRowStatus=destroy(6).
