What is timepTimeZoneSign?
This read-write enumerated value (no/yes) sets the sign of the configured time zone offset, where yes means the offset is negative relative to GMT. An admin sets this alongside timepTimeZone so the unit's clock reflects the correct local time relative to UTC. For example, a site west of GMT would set timepTimeZoneSign to yes(2) to apply the offset in timepTimeZone as a subtraction from GMT rather than an addition.
