What is statSvcMeanRx?
This read-only gauge reports the average bandwidth of data received from the destination SVC. An administrator uses it to understand typical inbound load carried by this on-demand circuit, complementing the transmit-side average. For example, an SVC showing much higher statSvcMeanRx than statSvcMeanTx would tell the administrator the calls on that circuit are dominated by inbound rather than outbound data.
