What is statSvcFramesTx?

This read-only counter tallies the total number of frames transmitted on this SVC. An administrator uses it as a basic traffic-volume measure to confirm calls on this on-demand circuit are actively carrying outbound frames. For example, an SVC that was just established but shows a flat statSvcFramesTx would tell the administrator that no data is actually being sent over the newly connected circuit.
