What is statRxSetupMessages?
This read-only integer counts the number of call setup messages received by the unit. An administrator uses it to measure the volume of incoming call attempts arriving at this signaling layer. For example, a spike in statRxSetupMessages without a corresponding rise in statRxConnectMessages would suggest many incoming calls are being received but not successfully established.
