What is statPvcPeakRx?
This read-only gauge reports the peak bandwidth of data received from the destination PVC. An administrator uses it to identify short-lived inbound traffic bursts that an average value would smooth over. For example, an unusually high statPvcPeakRx compared to statPvcMeanRx would tell the administrator that inbound traffic on that PVC is bursty rather than steady.
