What is statPvcOctetsTx?
This read-only counter tallies the total number of octets (bytes) transmitted on this PVC. An administrator uses it to measure actual outbound data volume on the circuit, which is more granular than the frame count for capacity-planning purposes. For example, dividing statPvcOctetsTx by elapsed time lets the administrator compute the effective outbound throughput being used on that PVC.
