What is statPvcOctetsRx?
This read-only counter tallies the total number of octets received on this PVC. An administrator uses it together with the transmit octet count to compute the circuit's total inbound data volume for capacity or billing analysis. For example, a sharp rise in statPvcOctetsRx without a corresponding rise in application-level traffic could prompt the administrator to investigate unexpected inbound load on that circuit.
