What is statPvcMode?
This read-only string reports whether the permanent virtual circuit is operating in PVCR mode or is OFF. An administrator uses it as a quick check of whether a given PVC is currently enabled for traffic at all. For example, an administrator troubleshooting a circuit that shows no traffic counters incrementing would first check statPvcMode to confirm it is not simply turned OFF.
