What is statPvcMeanRx?
This read-only gauge reports the average bandwidth of data received from the destination PVC. An administrator uses it to understand typical inbound load on a circuit, complementing the transmit-side average. For example, a mismatch where statPvcMeanRx is much higher than statPvcMeanTx would tell the administrator the traffic on that PVC is heavily asymmetric, dominated by inbound data.
