What is statPvcFramesTx?
This read-only counter tallies the total number of frames transmitted on this PVC. An administrator uses it as a basic traffic-volume measure to confirm the circuit is actively carrying outbound frames. For example, a PVC expected to carry regular polling traffic but showing a flat statPvcFramesTx would tell the administrator that no frames are actually being sent on that circuit.
