What is statPvcFramesRx?
This read-only counter tallies the total number of frames received on this PVC. An administrator compares it with the transmit counter to check whether the circuit's inbound and outbound traffic volumes are behaving as expected. For example, if statPvcFramesRx stops incrementing while statPvcFramesTx continues, the administrator would suspect the remote end of that PVC has stopped responding.
