What is statIfvceState?
This read-only enumerated value (inactive/idle/pause/local/online/...) indicates the current logical state of this voice port. An admin checks it to see whether a voice channel is actively carrying a call, idle and available, or in some other transitional state. For example, statIfvceState reporting online(4) confirms this voice port currently has an active call in progress.
