What is statIflanSpeed?
This read-only enumerated value (tr-4-Mbps/tr-16-Mbps/eth-10-Mbps) reports the speed measured by the system on this LAN connection. An admin checks it to verify the LAN port is actually running at the expected Token-Ring or Ethernet speed. For example, statIflanSpeed reporting tr-16-Mbps confirms the port is running at the faster Token-Ring rate rather than 4 Mbps.
