What is pvcUserDlci?
This read-write integer (0-1022) is the DLCI address used on the user side of this PVC, identifying the virtual connection on the frame relay interface facing the locally attached equipment. An admin sets it to match what the user-side equipment expects for this virtual circuit. For example, an admin configuring a transparent PVC would set pvcUserDlci to the DLCI value the attached FRAD is programmed to use on its user port.
