What is pvcPvcClass?
This read-write integer (1-8) assigns this PVC to one of the bandwidth-weighted traffic classes defined elsewhere in the classIndex/classWeight table. An admin uses it to place the PVC's traffic into a class that gets the appropriate share of composite-link bandwidth. For example, assigning pvcPvcClass 1 to a voice PVC ties it to the class configured with the highest classWeight so its traffic is favored during congestion.
