What is pvcOspfEnable?
This read-write enumerated value (disable/enable/not-applicable/not-available) turns OSPF routing on or off for this specific PVC. An admin enables it so the PVC participates in OSPF adjacency formation and link-state advertisement rather than being treated as a non-routing path. For example, enabling pvcOspfEnable on a backbone PVC lets it form OSPF neighbor relationships and exchange routing updates with the far end.
