Description: if this parameter is enable, the unit will generate IPX SAP frame on the port ( the one used by this pvc) every minute, otherwise the unit will discard all IPX SAP frame received and no one will be generated on that port.
What is pvcIpxSap?
This read-write enumerated value (disable/enable) controls whether the unit generates an IPX SAP frame once per minute on the port used by this PVC, or discards received SAP frames and generates none when disabled. An admin enables it so IPX service advertisements propagate across this PVC to reach IPX clients on the far end. For example, enabling pvcIpxSap ensures Novell IPX servers reachable through this PVC continue to be advertised every minute rather than going silent.
