Description: This parameter allows RIP frames transmission only, RIP frames reception only or both transmission and reception of RIP frames.
What is pvcIpRipTxRx?
This read-write enumerated value (duplex/tx-only/rx-only/not-applicable) controls whether RIP frames on this PVC are only transmitted, only received, or both. An admin uses tx-only or rx-only to prevent unwanted RIP route learning or advertisement in one direction on a specific PVC. For example, setting pvcIpRipTxRx to tx-only(2) lets this PVC advertise routes outward without accepting any RIP updates learned from the far end.
