Description: For all PU modes with an LLC or DLSW connection. The PU type that is possible in the XID. Only PU types 1 and 2 are supported at this time.
What is puXidPuType?
This read-write integer, applicable to PU modes with an LLC or DLSW connection, specifies the PU type presented in the XID, with only types 1 and 2 currently supported. It must reflect the actual SNA PU type of the device or emulation this PU represents to the host during session establishment. For example, a PU representing a standard SNA cluster controller would typically be set to PU type 2 rather than type 1.
