What is puSdlcAddress?
This read-write 1-byte OCTET STRING, applicable to all PU modes with an SDLC connection, is the two-hex-digit SDLC address for this PU on the primary side of the connection. Every PU sharing the same physical SDLC port must have a distinct address so the unit can multiplex multiple controllers on one multidrop SDLC line. For example, if two PUs share the same primary SDLC port, one might be assigned address C1 and the other C2 so polling can distinguish them.
