Description: For all PU modes with an LLC connection. Maximum transmitter window size on the LAN. The dynamic window algorithm increases the window size by one each time the number of frames defined by the LLC-NW parameter (see below) has been acknowledged without a retransmission, until the maximum value defined by the LLC-WINDOW parameter has been reached. The window size is reset to 1 when a retransmission occurs.
What is puLlcWindow?
This read-write value, 1 to 31, applicable to all PU modes with an LLC connection, sets the maximum transmitter window size on the LAN side of this PU, used by a dynamic window algorithm that increases the window by one each time puLlcDynamicWindow frames are acknowledged without a retransmission, up to this maximum. It bounds how far the adaptive windowing can grow on a healthy connection. For example, setting this object to 15 caps how large the LLC transmit window can dynamically grow even if the connection continues acknowledging frames cleanly.
