Description: Identifier of a physical port in a Skyframe system.
What is ifwanSfCarrierId?
This read-write integer is the identifier of a physical port within a Skyframe satellite system. It lets the unit distinguish between multiple physical Skyframe ports so configuration and monitoring commands are applied to the correct carrier. For example, in a Skyframe system with several modulator/demodulator pairs, each port would be given a distinct carrier ID such as 1, 2, or 3 so the aggregate port on the far end can correlate traffic to the right carrier.
