This read-write setting is the DVC-card version of ifvceLocalOutbound, setting the local voice level out of a DVC-equipped port in 1 dB increments from db-12 upward. Like its inbound counterpart, it lets an administrator correct transmit-side line loss for DVC cards using their own scale rather than the standard cards' range. For example, if outbound audio from a DVC port is reported too faint at the far end, the administrator increases this object toward a less-attenuated value on the DVC db-12 scale.
