What is iflanOspfTransitDelay?
This read-write value, 1 to 360 seconds, is the estimated number of seconds it takes to transmit a Link State Update packet over this interface. OSPF uses this estimate to correctly age link-state information as it propagates across the network, so setting it too low on a slow link could cause routing information to appear to age faster than it actually propagates. For example, a satellite-backed LAN uplink with significant transmission delay would warrant a higher value for this object than a fast local Ethernet segment.
