Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: State of the TP, enabled means running, disabled means not running

What is tpOperState?

This read-only value reports whether the Clarent ThroughPacket process is currently enabled (running) or disabled (not running). It's a simple binary health check separate from the more detailed tpstatus, letting monitoring tools quickly confirm the TP service is up. For example, a monitoring script polling tpOperState and finding disabled(1) would trigger an alert that the ThroughPacket server has stopped.
