What is tpConfigCommand?

This generic string object is a command channel for issuing arbitrary configuration commands to the Clarent ThroughPacket server via SNMP SET. It gives administrators a catch-all mechanism to control TP server behavior beyond the specific typed objects like tpRunTimeCtrl. For example, an admin might write a specific vendor-defined command string to tpConfigCommand to reload the TP server's routing table.
