This read-only string reports accumulated hold time for each port on the gateway, packed as a comma-delimited list. An admin checking call quality would look for ports with excessive hold time relative to overall call time, since a high hold-to-call-time ratio can point to a port frequently used for on-hold or transfer scenarios, or a misbehaving PBX integration. For example, a port with unusually high hold time compared to its peers might be flagged for review of the attached PBX's hold/transfer behavior.
