Description: State of the GW, enabled means running, disabled means not running

What is gwOperState?

This read-only enumeration reports whether the Clarent Gateway itself is currently running (enabled) or stopped (disabled), independent of any individual port's status. It's the top-level health check an admin would poll first when a gateway seems unreachable for call setup, before drilling into per-port or per-board detail. For example, seeing gwOperState report disabled during an outage tells the admin the whole gateway process is down, not just a subset of ports or boards.
