This read-only enumeration reports how heavily loaded the Clarent Gatekeeper currently is, ranging from a minimal load state up through progressively heavier levels including a dangerously heavy state. Admins use it as an early-warning signal to add capacity or redirect traffic before the gatekeeper becomes overloaded and starts failing calls. For example, seeing gkLoadState report kGatekeeperOpStateDangerouslyHeavy prompts the admin to activate an alternate gatekeeper from the gkAltGKList to offload traffic immediately.
