What is currentDnis?
This read-only string reports the Dialed Number Identification Service value, the number that was dialed to reach this call, for the call currently active on this port, valid only while connected. Paired with currentAni, it gives an admin the full calling/called number pair for live call tracing on a specific port. For example, an admin investigating misrouted calls could check currentDnis on an active port to confirm whether the number dialed matches the number the caller intended to reach.
