What is commitError?
This read-only integer carries a numeric error code for a failed package commit operation, the machine-readable counterpart to commitMessage. Automated tooling can use this code to decide whether to automatically retry the commit or escalate to a human. For example, a code indicating a resource lock conflict might justify an automatic retry after a short delay, unlike a code indicating fundamental package incompatibility.
