What is clabGWMAPDomainRulePSIDOffset?
This read-create Unsigned32 (0-16) sets the Port-set ID offset in bits, which determines how many port-sets exist as 2 raised to that offset, corresponding to the MAP-DHCP S46_PORTPARAMS offset field. An admin tunes this to control how finely the shared IPv4 address's port range is divided among subscribers. For example, a PSIDOffset of 4 divides the available ports into 16 port-sets, each of which can be assigned to a different subscriber sharing that IPv4 address.
