This read-create TruthValue indicates whether a given MAP mapping rule is a Forwarding Mapping Rule, meaning it can also be used to forward traffic between mapped subscribers within the same domain, versus a Basic Mapping Rule used only for the local subscriber's own mapping. An admin checks or sets this to control whether direct subscriber-to-subscriber traffic can bypass the Border Relay for this rule. For example, marking a rule as FMR (true) lets two customers under the same domain reach each other's mapped IPv4 addresses without the packets transiting the operator's Border Relay.
