What is vlanVoiceOUIEntryRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus indicates and controls the status of an individual OUI entry in the Voice VLAN's OUI prefix table, following standard row lifecycle conventions. An admin sets this to add or remove a specific vendor MAC prefix from the list the switch uses to auto-detect voice devices.
