What is vlanSpecialTagCurrentReserved?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether the currently active special VLAN tag is marked as reserved. An admin checks this to know whether the current special-tag VLAN is set aside for a reserved purpose and therefore may not be available for reassignment to ordinary VLAN use. For example, seeing vlanSpecialTagCurrentReserved as true would explain why an admin can't reuse that VID for a regular data VLAN.
